About our client

Our client is a growing technology company that develops innovative software solutions for the automotive industry. Their platform helps businesses streamline operations, improve customer experiences, and accelerate sales processes through data-driven technology. They are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to support lead generation, customer engagement, and marketing automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and launch email campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Manage contact databases, audience segmentation, and targeted email lists.
• Create and optimize automated workflows, nurture campaigns, and lead journeys.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve subject lines, content, and delivery timing.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns.
• Maintain data accuracy and follow email marketing best practices.

Requirements and Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
• Strong proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, lists, and campaign management.
• Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead nurturing strategies.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in SaaS, FinTech, or other technology-driven industries.
• Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Experience creating reports and presenting campaign insights to stakeholders.
