About the Role: We're looking for an Integrated Media Planner to join our client's team. The Integrated Media Planner is someone who has some paid media experience and can work collaboratively with the team around them. The Media Planner will be a key communicator and collaborator with internal personnel, the client team, and creative agency contacts. We are looking for someone with some paid media experience, either in Digital or Traditional media.


Media Planning & Execution

  • Support Senior Planners in developing, negotiating, and executing media buys
  • Collaborate with internal teams, client contacts, and creative agencies to ensure integrated strategies
  • Use media planning and research tools (e.g., MRI, ComScore, Telmar) to inform and improve campaign performance
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Participate in client and partner calls and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Build strong working relationships with team members and assist in managing timelines and deliverables
  • Support development of client-facing presentation skills and communications

Communication & Reporting

  • Ensure all team members are aligned on strategy and client goals
  • Deliver clear, concise performance analyses and insights to guide strategic decisions
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and client benchmarks to proactively identify opportunities

Requirements and Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in media planning or strategy within an agency or in-house media team
  • Experience with media planning tools and software
  • Strong communication in English and presentation skills
  • Organized, analytical, and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
  • Positive, client-centric attitude and a desire to learn and grow in the media space
