About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to support the sales process from lead intake through onboarding. This person will play a key role in keeping sales materials, CRM workflows, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and onboarding tasks running smoothly.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate sales materials such as discovery decks, marketing briefs, and market presentations
  • Support the creation and coordination of proposals, statements of work, and related sales documents
  • Maintain CRM accuracy across leads, meetings, proposals, and signed clients
  • Track follow-ups and help ensure no leads fall through the cracks
  • Coordinate meeting confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications
  • Support scheduling and preparation for discovery calls and sales presentations
  • Help deliver a polished client experience throughout the sales process
  • Coordinate onboarding tasks and ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery
  • Assist with event, conference, and campaign support, including logistics and follow-up
  • Support research, audits, presentations, and strategic projects tied to branding and lead generation
  • Participate in internal sales meetings, helping track to-dos and priorities

Requirements

  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, operations, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
  • Comfortable working with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and email tools
  • Proactive, accountable, and process-driven mindset
