We're on the lookout for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our client's team:

  • 100% Remote
  • Salary: USD $2,000/month + commissions
  • Based in LATAM – Collaborating with teams in the USA (MST)

About the Client: Our client is a leading executive peer network for second-in-command leaders inside growing companies. The organization helps COOs and senior operators scale through better alignment, execution, leadership, and peer support.

About the Role: We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative to engage and qualify senior-level prospects, booking calls for the sales team through consistent, high-volume outbound efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects through phone, SMS, email, and LinkedIn
  • Start conversations with CEOs, COOs, founders, and senior operators
  • Prospect into curated COO and CEO lists
  • Qualify prospects before booking calls
  • Book qualified calls for the VP of Sales & Operations team
  • Ensure prospects show up to scheduled calls
  • Follow up consistently with old leads and past opportunities
  • Maintain accurate notes, activities, and pipeline updates inside the CRM
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator daily for research and outreach
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams
  • Maintain a high-output outbound cadence, ideally engaging in 100+ new conversations daily

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, appointment setter, or outbound sales representative
  • Strong experience with cold outreach and outbound prospecting
  • Comfortable speaking with CEOs, COOs, founders, and executive-level prospects
  • Native or near-native English, both written and spoken
  • Strong business acumen and ability to hold real conversations with executives
  • Experience selling or booking calls for high-ticket offers, ideally $3K–$10K+
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Performance-driven mindset and accountability to numbers
  • Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment

Compensation

  • Base salary: USD $2,000/month
  • Performance-based commissions:
    • USD $100 per qualified call that shows up
    • USD $300 per closed deal sourced by you
