About the Role
We are looking for an Ad Operations & Measurement Specialist to support the day to day execution, trafficking, tagging, and quality assurance of media campaigns.
This role is ideal for a detail oriented, technically strong professional who can bridge campaign operations and measurement implementation. You will serve as a key partner to internal media teams and client stakeholders, helping ensure campaigns are launched correctly, tracked accurately, and monitored consistently across platforms.
The right candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable troubleshooting campaign and tracking issues across Search, Social, Programmatic, and Analytics environments.
Responsibilities
• Traffic, QA, and launch campaigns across relevant media and ad serving platforms
• Configure, validate, and distribute tags and tracking assets for new and existing campaigns
• Support tracking and measurement implementation across Search, Social, Programmatic, and Analytics platforms
• Manage and QA media pixels and event tracking, including setup validation through GTM when applicable
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance, and provide timely updates to the media team
• Troubleshoot campaign setup, tagging, pixel, and implementation issues to ensure data integrity
• Partner with Planning and Performance teams to align tracking frameworks with reporting requirements
• Pull campaign reports and support recurring reporting needs for active and completed campaigns
• Generate accurate reporting and assist with presentations, insights, and campaign recaps
• Enforce internal processes related to campaign trafficking, reconciliation, and billing support
• Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams and client side teams to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain strong documentation and QA processes to reduce errors and improve consistency
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or a similar media operations role
• Hands on experience with campaign trafficking, tagging, and QA for digital media campaigns
• Experience working in CM360, Sizmek, or other third party ad serving platforms
• Experience supporting campaign tracking and measurement implementation across digital channels
• Working knowledge of GTM, pixels, tags, event tracking, and conversion tracking QA
• Ability to troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, tagging discrepancies, and implementation errors
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and investigative skills
• Experience pulling campaign reports and supporting performance reporting workflows
• General understanding of media planning and buying
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and presentation tools
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proactive problem solver with a solution oriented mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have
• Experience with Programmatic platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, or similar
• Exposure to Search and Social campaign environments in addition to ad serving
• Experience with Looker Studio or similar reporting/dashboard tools
• Familiarity with measurement frameworks, tagging taxonomies, and data validation best practices
• Experience in agency environments working with multiple clients and fast paced campaign timelines
