Our client is a fast growing commerce agency that helps consumer brands grow across today's complex retail landscape. Their work spans in store and digital commerce, retail media, analytics, and omnichannel growth strategy across major retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, etc. The team supports brands at different growth stages, combining hands-on execution with strategic guidance to drive measurable business results.

About the Role

We are looking for an Amazon Account Specialist with strong analytical skills and hands on experience across Amazon ecosystems. This person will be responsible for auditing Amazon businesses, identifying operational and commercial opportunities, and helping internal teams prepare for client conversations with clear, actionable insights.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both the strategic and operational sides of Amazon, and who is comfortable working with data, catalog structure, performance trends, and platform-specific nuances across both Vendor Central and Seller Central.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits of Amazon businesses across Vendor Central and Seller Central environments

  • Evaluate catalog structure, including ASINs, variations, parent child relationships, content quality, and taxonomy alignment

  • Review ratings, reviews, and customer feedback trends to identify risks and areas for improvement

  • Analyze operational, content, and media gaps that may be affecting business performance

  • Prepare structured audit reports with clear findings and prioritized recommendations

  • Support internal teams with insights, narratives, and data ahead of client meetings

  • Partner cross functionally with analytics, operations, and media teams to validate findings

  • Stay up to date on Amazon platform changes, best practices, and emerging trends

Requirements and Skills

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience working with Amazon in an agency, brand, or consulting environment

  • Hands on experience with Vendor Central and Seller Central

  • Strong understanding of Amazon catalog structure, including ASINs, variations, and parent child relationships

  • Experience with listing optimization, content quality, and ratings and reviews analysis

  • Ability to analyze Amazon KPIs such as sessions, conversion rate, Buy Box percentage, AOV, traffic drivers, sales performance, and inventory metrics

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills

  • Experience with Amazon Retail Analytics, Brand Analytics, or similar tools is a plus

  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
