About the Role

Our client is looking for a Digital Shelf Specialist to support the day to day execution of product content across several online retail platforms. This person will play a key role in keeping listings accurate, updated, and properly displayed across different retailer environments.


Responsibilities

  • Manage product content uploads and updates across retailer platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target+, Shopify, Chewy, and similar channels

  • Ensure titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and product attributes are accurate and properly reflected on retailer websites

  • Identify and resolve catalog and listing issues, including publication problems, variation errors, missing attributes, and retailer specific upload or validation issues

  • Review digital shelf presence regularly to spot inconsistencies, missing content, or areas that can be improved

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Client Services, Analytics, and Creative to solve content related or data related discrepancies

  • Keep clear records of issues, progress, resolutions, and next steps for internal visibility

  • Maintain organized documentation around recurring issues, retailer requirements, and workflows

  • Help ensure product information remains complete, accurate, and live across all assigned retailer platforms

Requirements and Skills

  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, digital merchandising, or similar roles

  • Experience working with multiple retailer platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Target+, Chewy, or related environments

  • Understanding of product listing structure, content fields, catalog setup, and variation relationships

  • Comfort handling spreadsheets and product data in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Ability to navigate retailer portals confidently and troubleshoot listing or catalog issues independently

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing product content

  • Ability to stay organized while working across multiple SKUs, retailers, and tasks at the same time

  • Clear communication skills and comfort providing updates to internal teams

  • Advanced English skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting digital shelf audits or content quality checks

  • Exposure to retailer specific error handling and content troubleshooting

  • Experience working in a fast paced agency or eCommerce environment
