About the Role
We're looking for a Search Strategist to join our team and support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital search strategies across multiple channels.
This role is ideal for someone with solid hands on experience in SEO and paid search, who understands how different digital channels work together to drive visibility, leads, and growth. You'll collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies, monitor performance, identify opportunities, and help improve campaign and content effectiveness across client accounts.
Responsibilities
Develop and support search strategies across SEO, PPC, local search, and content initiatives
Manage and optimize SEO efforts, including on page SEO, technical SEO recommendations, content alignment, and authority building initiatives
Support paid search strategy and performance analysis for Google Ads and Local Service Ads campaigns
Identify search intent opportunities and help shape content strategies that improve rankings, engagement, and lead generation
Collaborate with content, video, and social teams to ensure content distribution supports visibility and performance goals
Monitor website performance, indexing, crawlability, page structure, and other technical SEO factors
Track and analyze results using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and campaign dashboards
Turn performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
Support optimization efforts focused on traffic quality, conversions, cost per lead, and overall campaign efficiency
Stay up to date on trends and best practices in SEO, paid media, AI search, local search, and digital content strategy
Work closely with team members to maintain execution quality and ensure strategies are aligned with client goals
Requirements and Skills
3+ years of experience in SEO, PPC, or digital search strategy
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO, on page optimization, content strategy, and link building
Experience with Google Ads and paid search campaign analysis
Familiarity with Local SEO, Google Business Profile, and Local Service Ads is a plus
Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
Ability to analyze performance data and identify clear opportunities for improvement
Understanding of search intent, conversion optimization, and digital content performance
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Advanced English, both written and spoken
Agency experience is a plus
Nice to Have
Exposure to YouTube SEO, video strategy, or social media distribution
Familiarity with AI driven search trends and evolving search behavior
Experience working with legal marketing or lead generation businesses
