Responsibilities

• Workflow Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple client projects, ensuring all deliverables for email marketing and web design are met on time.

• Resource & Milestone Planning: Manage internal team bandwidth, set realistic project timelines, and track key milestones to prevent bottlenecks.

• Budget & Process Management: Monitor project budgets and refine internal workflows to increase operational efficiency and agency profitability.

• Cross-Functional Oversight: Act as the central hub between design and social media teams, ensuring technical requirements in Figma and other platforms are understood and executed.

• Performance Under Pressure: Maintain a steady, assertive leadership style during high-intensity periods or tight deadlines to keep the team focused and productive.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Evaluate project health based on concrete facts and objective metrics rather than intuition.

Requirements and Skills

• Agency Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager within a marketing or creative agency setting.

• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with web design workflows, email marketing cycles, and tools such as Figma and social media management platforms.

• Analytical Personality: A profile characterized by high "Observant" (S) and "Thinking" (T) traits—prioritizing realism, practicality, and logic-based judgments.

• Organizational Mastery: Exceptional skills in scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining detailed documentation.

• Communication: Strong professional English (written and verbal); however, a native-level accent is not required as this is an internal-facing role.

• Resilience: Ability to handle workload spikes with a grounded, assertive attitude.
