About the Client: Our client is a U.S.-based eCommerce growth agency that partners with DTC brands to scale through Shopify development, store optimization, landing pages, CRO, and analytics. Their team works alongside fast-growing brands to enhance the customer experience, drive conversions, and support long-term store growth.

About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer with strong experience creating digital-first visual assets for ads, social media, email, web, and landing pages — someone who moves fast, stays organized, and delivers polished work across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality static and animated assets for paid social, organic social, email, web, and other digital channels
  • Design creative assets for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and OTT
  • Build and maintain scalable Figma systems, including components, variants, auto layout, shared libraries, grids, and export specs
  • Create lightweight motion graphics and animations using Jitter or similar tools
  • Design responsive layouts, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for websites and landing pages
  • Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing, platform requirements, and performance optimization
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, including correct sizing, safe zones, copy placement, export settings, and platform guidelines
  • Keep files, templates, versions, and asset libraries organized for easy reuse and collaboration
  • Work closely with the Art Director and strategy team to align each design with the creative brief, brand direction, and performance goals
  • Communicate clearly about project status, feedback, revisions, and deliverables

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital graphic design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, paid social assets, UI layouts, and motion work
  • Advanced Figma skills, including components, auto layout, variants, shared libraries, prototyping, and handoff
  • Experience creating digital assets at scale for ads, social, email, and web
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, composition, hierarchy, and motion principles
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Ability to produce multiple creative variations quickly while maintaining quality and brand consistency
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect assets
  • Organized and methodical approach to file management, documentation, version control, and production workflows
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to collaborate with creative, strategy, and performance teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing landing pages, PDPs, email templates, or paid media assets
  • Experience using Jitter for lightweight animation
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, or similar platforms for ideation and asset generation
  • Experience working with North American brands or audiences
